7. This contract is unlimited. It may be terminated by either party with a period of three months to the end of each calendar quarter. This indemnification obligation of Supplier shall apply to any loss and liability which ALDI, and its agents and employees, incur due to ALDI’s negligence, unless the loss or liability is due to ALDI’s sole negligence or willful misconduct.
