Gents Thanks for your response – however – the problem that you don’t understand below, regarding rotating disc technology for arc suppression, is that this is entirely new to us - we are not familiar with this technology – neither are we at all familiar with Iskra’s TC(G) technology, which is plainly a major feature in this range. In the Iskra brochure which you sent us, these features are only covered in only the most general terms – certainly inadequate in substance for a conversation with a knowledgeable customer. And BTW - in your on-line data these features are not even mentioned at all. So we would appreciate your help please, in creating some substantial descriptions of these features – maybe in the form of a white paper - so that we may use them in our planned product launch – and convey them to our sales channel as key differentiation factors.

Diese Features sind in der Iskra-Broschüre, die Sie uns gesendet, nur nur die allgemeinsten Begriffe – im Wesentlichen für ein Gespräch mit einem kompetenten Kunden sicherlich nicht bedeckt. Und BTW - in Ihrem Online-diese Funktionen sind nicht einmal erwähnt überhaupt. 
 
 Also würden wir Ihre Hilfe bitte, schätzen einige wesentlichen Beschreibungen dieser Features – vielleicht in Form eines White papers - zu schaffen, damit wir sie in unsere geplante Produkteinführung – verwenden kann und vermitteln ihnen unsere Vertriebskanal als wichtigen Differenzierungsfaktoren.
