I am happy for CBRE to provide a proposal for this and entertain any ideas however I would be very surprised if they can provide any greater result than already proposed. Please note that we would not look to have CBRE engaged in this process unless they could clearly demonstrate a financial benefit in the process for us above any fees they would request. Jens, have you been able to get a more formal proposal as yet?
