The result of this assessment was then compared with the assets of the Fund and the share of liabilities amongst the different employers with affiliated employees.

On the terms laid down in Articles 27 and 33 of these Statutes, each share shall confer rights in respect of ownership of the assets of the Fund, the sharing of net profit and, where appropriate, the proceeds of liquidation pro rata to the number of existing shares.

Zu den in Artikel 27 und 33 dieser Satzung vorgesehenen Bedingungen berechtigt jeder Kapitalanteil zu einem Anteil an den Vermögenswerten des Fonds, am Reingewinn und gegebenenfalls am Liquidationserlös, und zwar im Verhältnis zu der Anzahl der bestehenden Anteile.
