Hello Youqiang, thank you for your invitation, but we not use the Lync without urgent necessity because of avocation from our daily work. We use the mail system preferred because we can handle the mail from different PC ‘s and when we have time. I preferred email also because I can execute one email after another and forget no work or needed answers.

Wir nutzen das Mail-System bevorzugt, weil wir die Mails von verschiedenen PC 's verarbeiten kann und wenn wir Zeit haben. Ich zog email auch, weil ich eine E-Mail nach der anderen ausgeführt werden können und vergessen keine Arbeit oder benötigten Antworten.
