For most department stores and lingerie stores in Canada & the United States, a DD is the largest cup size they sell. If I wanted a DD to fit, I would have to get a 42 or 44-DD cup and yes the cup might fit, but the band size is much too large. My measurements before I became pregnant was about 40-28-39 and I wear a size 9 or 10. I am not a plus size woman! I am 5'6" and about 135-145 lbs. My current bra size is a HH cup and I weigh about 145 lbs I think, but I am not sure, I could be more. I was wearing a 36FF cup bra before I had my baby, which adds to the issue of less common sizing to my search. A quality 40DD is actually easier to find than a 36FF bra, because FF breasts are more common in larger women 160 lbs and up. If you wear a E cup and up, you’d better be prepared to pay lots of cash for something cute

I have a huge cup size, but to compound that my band size isn't very large at all.. makes finding comfortable bras difficult! Never mind that I seem to range between about fifty different sizes depending on who makes the bra too.. ugh..! The problems of being busty. It's not all fun and games
