The U.S. side of Raytheon requests complete bank info printed on your invoice with letter head. This means that they want to see IBAN, and BIC mentioned on the same page of invoice originated by your company. I was trying to make things a little bit easy by putting IBAN and BIC at the bottom of the page as shown in the attached file, unfortunately the U.S. side finance refused to accept this. Is there any way that you can fix the invoice, include all the bank info on the same page, make the additional information the same look as the rest of the invoice. OKO-Lube is a new vendor for Raytheon, therefore the complete bank info is very important.
