The Printer shall produce daily summaries. Each such daily summary shall contain the performance data, broken down into the individual pricing items in accordance with the agreed price list (Annex B). Billing shall take place monthly. Billing shall commence, in accordance with Section 12, upon the beginning of production as per the price list (Annex B). All prices are to be understood as plus value-added tax at the statutory rate.
