We've had a few reports from the field that customers are having a problem tightening the wheel knob onto the threaded hex bolt which holds the template in place on the rail. Checking stock in Toronto we find that this problem is evident on 30 % of our current stock of the 3 part numbers in question. We were able to further determine that the problem lies in the threaded bolt either not being the proper size, or being cross threaded at the beginning of the threads. We will try to source the proper bolts locally but in the meantime please check all your stock of the following 3 items by simply taking a bolt and wheel nut out of each package and try to screw them together by hand without any problem. Put aside any that have this problem and return the good ones to stock. Let me know how many bad ones you found and we'll send you replacements bolts a.s.a.p.
