Micron facilities has plumbed hot DIW to the tool for our 1:1:5 SC-1 55C TMS. However there was no callout to facilities to put in a bleed line. So the HDI dead-ends at the tool and there is a concern that, if we are not constantly mixing SC-1, the HDI will stagnate and grow bacteria. Is the DV-P setup to ‘bleed’ the HDI when it is not in demand? If so can you let us know how (is it bleeding through the TMS via config parameters, etc)?

Note: A check valve should be installed in the heat reclaim pump out or bleed line whenever the reclaim heat exchanger is exposed to tem- peratures lower than the saturated suction temperature of the system. This will prevent migration of refrigerant to the coldest location in the system.
