Athens, Greece - 1 August 2012 - Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola Hellenic) announces that the Region of Attica by virtue of its decision No. ΕΜ-18753/12/31-7-2012, approved the internal changes to Coca-Cola Hellenic's corporate structure. Coca-Cola Hellenic's Greek operating assets and liabilities were transferred to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola Hellenic in accordance with the provisions of Greek Law 2166/1993.

I • Îœ-18753/12/31-7-2012 billigte der interne Änderungen an Unternehmensstruktur Coca-Cola Hellenic. Coca-Cola Hellenic den griechischen Betriebsvermögen und Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu einer hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaft von Coca-Cola Hellenic in Übereinstimmung mit den Bestimmungen des griechischen Gesetzes 2166/1993 übertragen.

1. On 9 March 2006, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 [1] by which the undertakings The Coca-Cola Company ("TCCC", USA) and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. ("CCHBC", Greece) acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation joint control of the undertaking Fonti del Vulture S.r.l.) ("Traficante", Italy) by purchase of shares.

1. Am 9. März 2006 ist die Anmeldung eines Zusammenschlussvorhabens gemäß Artikel 4 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 139/2004 des Rates [1] bei der Kommission eingegangen. Demnach ist Folgendes beabsichtigt: Die Unternehmen The Coca-Cola Company ("TCCC", USA) und Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. ("CCHBC", Griechenland) erwerben im Sinne von Artikel 3 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b der genannten Verordnung durch Aktienkauf die gemeinsame Kontrolle über das Unternehmen Fonti del Vulture S.r.l.) ("Traficante", Italien).
