The internal investigation showed that during the braiding process the braiding point diversified, this led to a variation of the crossing points of the braided tube. On the upper level of the crossings the braided sleeve gets slightly more compact, and therefore the sleeve has not enough opening to fit to the hose. On the lower level of the crossings the braided sleeve gets more open, and therefore the maximum spreading of the sleeve increases.

Die interne Untersuchung ergab, dass im Flechtverfahren die Flechtpunkt, diversifiziert dies zu einer Variation der Kreuzungspunkte der geflochtenen Röhre geführt. Auf der oberen Ebene der Kreuzungen der Flechtschlauch erhält etwas kompakter und damit die Hülse nicht genug, um die Öffnung um den Schlauch zu passen. Auf der unteren Ebene der Kreuzungen der Geflechtschlauch bekommt mehr offen, und damit die maximale Spreizung der Hülse erhöht.
