Dezember 2013 und für eine spätere Ende der Miete, kann der Mieter wieder die [...] Etage in dem Zustand, in dem es dann findet sich mit der Maßgabe, dass der Raum besenrein ist und dass jede normalen Verschleiß behoben ist. Möbel sollten vom Mieter entfernt werden.
