Vehicle was running 13301 km in program GMW15531 with 5 years corrosion. Corrosion status is at 5 years. During replacecement of the prop shaft, one of the bolts rear bracket to body was found severely corroded in the cage nut of the body. In order to prevent the bolt from breaking off, penetrating oil was applied using a long small hose whichs end was placed close to the top of the bolt by observation with an aviascope (there is no direct access to the top of the bolt - only access is through a small hole in the body approx. 20 cm to the outside of the car). After the penetration oil was let reacting over night, the bolt was loosened by moving slowly back and forth. As an aviascope usually is not availabe in service the bolt will most likely break off creating a lot of extra work to get the rest of the bolt out of the cage nut in body.

Während replacecement der Kardanwelle, eine der Schrauben zur hinteren Stütze Körper gefunden wurde stark in der Käfigmutter des Körpers korrodiert. Um den Riegel aus Ausbrechen zu verhindern, wurde Kriechöl unter Verwendung eines langen kleinen Schlauch Rechenblatt Ende wurde nahe der Spitze des Bolzens durch Beobachtung mit einem aviascope (es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zu der Oberseite des Bolzens platziert - nur Zugang ist durch ein kleines Loch in dem Körper ca. 20 cm an der Außenseite des Autos). Nach dem Eindringen Öl wurde lass reagieren über Nacht wurde die Schraube durch die sich langsam hin und her gelockert. Als aviascope Regel nicht availabe im Dienst der Riegel wird wahrscheinlich brechen die Schaffung eines viel zusätzliche Arbeit, um den Rest der Schraube raus aus dem Käfigmutter im Körper.

 Während der Replacecement der Welle Stütze wurde einer der die hintere Halterung Schrauben Körper stark korrodierte in die Käfigmutter des Körpers gefunden. Damit die Schraube nicht Abbruch, Eindringen von Öl angewendet wurde, mit welchen Ende in der Nähe der Spitze des Bolzens durch Beobachtung mit einem Aviascope platziert war lange kleine Schlauch (es gibt keinen direkten Zugang an die Spitze der Schraube - nur der Zugriff erfolgt über ein kleines Loch im Körper ca. 20 cm auf der Außenseite des Autos). Nachdem das Öl Eindringen über Nacht zu reagieren lassen wurde, wurde Schraube gelockert, langsam hin und her bewegen. 
 Wie ein Aviascope normalerweise nicht verfügbare im Dienst der Bolzen wird im Körper am ehesten Pause aus erstellen viel zusätzliche Arbeit, um den Rest der Schraube aus dem Käfig Nuss.
