The aim is to list all significant intra-group transactions (IGT) to assess the inter-connectivity of the capital/assets/liabilities within the group. There are 4 templates on IGT (IGT1-IGT4). IGT1 reports significant IGT on: • equity and other capital items including participations in related entities and transfer shares of related entities of the group; • debt including bonds, loans, collaterised debt, and other transactions of similar nature e.g. with periodic pre-determined interest/coupon/premium payments for a pre-determined period of time. IGT on guarantees (to be reported in IGT2) and IGT on offbalance sheet items (to be reported in IGT4) are excluded here; • other asset transfer such as transfer of properties and transfer of shares of other companies unrelated (i.e. outside) to the group; that might result in capital/cash support within the group and have a material impact on the balance sheets of the entities concerned.

Ziel ist es, alle bedeutenden gruppeninternen Transaktionen (IGT) auflisten, um die Interkonnektivität des Kapitals / Aktiva / Passiva innerhalb der Gruppe zu beurteilen. Es gibt 4 Vorlagen, mit IGT (IGT1-IGT4). IGT1 deutlichem IGT auf: • Aktien-und anderen Investitionsgütern einschließlich Beteiligungen an verbundenen Unternehmen und die Abtretung der verbundenen Einrichtungen der Gruppe; • Schulden einschließlich Anleihen, Darlehen, besicherten Schuldverschreibungen und andere Geschäfte ähnlicher Art wie zB mit periodischen vorgegebenen Interesse / Coupon / Prämienzahlungen für einen vorher festgelegten Zeitraum. IGT auf Garantien (in IGT2 gemeldet werden) und IGT auf außerbilanziellen Positionen (in IGT4 gemeldet werden) sind hier ausgeschlossen; • andere Vermögensübertragung wie Transfer von Eigenschaften und Übertragung von Aktien anderer Unternehmen unabhängig (dh außerhalb), um die Gruppe; das könnte in der Hauptstadt / Cash-Unterstützung innerhalb der Gruppe führen und haben einen wesentlichen Einfluss auf die Bilanzen der betroffenen Gesellschaften.

Es gibt 4 Vorlagen, mit IGT (IGT1-IGT4). IGT4 meldet alle anderen Material IGT, die nicht in IGT1 werden IGT3 gemeldet, darunter IGT auf interne Aufteilung der Kosten, Eventualverbindlichkeiten (ausgenommen Derivate) und Posten unter der Bilanz.
