Continuous Flow Neutralisation (CFN) Kapazität: 20 m³ / h Die kontinuierliche Behandlung stellt die Behandlung des fließenden Spülwasser aus der Produktion in Übereinstimmung mit dem folgenden Prinzip: - Die Zwischenspeicherung des Abwassers Säure / Alkali in dem Ausgleichsbecken - Kontinuierliche Entgiftung des Abwasser in der dreistufigen kontinuierlichen Neutralisation. - Schlamm Trennung in einer Vor-Klärer und einem schnellen Klärer - Filtration des Schlamms Wasser unter Verwendung einer Kammerfilterpresse

The rinse water from the equalizing basin is taken and fed into the 3-step continuous treatment (coagulation, neutralisation, flocculation) level dependent and frequency-controlled. The treated wastewater flows from the continuous treatment to sludge separation in a pre-clarifier and a rapid clarifier, from which the settled sludge is drained into the sludge storages in intervals. The clear phase runs from the rapid clarifiers in a free overflow into the pump station, from where it is pumped to the final filtration.

Das Spülwasser aus dem Ausgleichsbecken wird genommen und in die 3-Schritt-kontinuierlichen Behandlung (Koagulation, Neutralisation, Flockung) Ebene abhängig und Frequenz-kontrollierte zugeführt. Das behandelte Abwasser strömt von der kontinuierlichen Behandlung von Schlamm Trennung in einer Vor-Reinigungsvorrichtung und einer schnellen Klärvorrichtung, aus dem der abgesetzte Schlamm in dem Schlamm die Lager in Abständen abgelassen wird. Die klare Phase dauert von der schnellen Separatoren in einer freier Überlauf in der Pumpstation, von wo es bis hin zur Filtration gepumpt.
