While lighting up our 72678.000 we noticed the distribution had multiple spots rather than one uniform narrow spot. Upon review of the fixture, we noticed that some of the collimating lenses were loose, and were causing the multiple spots in the distribution. We are sending the sample to your attention in hopes that your team will be able to repair and send the fixture back to us quickly (early next week).
