A multiple regression analysis was conducted to determine whether or not the result of the colour test and the level of sulphur compounds were independent factors describing the OLSs. The sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value (PPV, NPV) were calculated for the colour scores and the concentration of amines detected by the new colorimetric chair side test, and the sulphur compounds determined by the OralChromaTM.

Eine multiple Regressionsanalyse wurde durchgeführt, um festzustellen, ob das Ergebnis der Farbtest und dem Pegel von Schwefelverbindungen waren unabhängigen Faktoren Beschreibung der OLSs.
