This arrangement provides a low voltage threshold so that the excess current starts flowing already at small variations of the voltage at the current combination element.

Durch diese Anordnung wird eine niedrige Spannungsschwelle vorgegeben, so daß bereits bei geringen Veränderungen der Spannung am Stromverknüpfungselement der Überschußstrom zu fließen beginnt.
