A nucleotide sequence, characterized in that it consists of: a) one of the nucleotide concatenations identified in the following sequence listing: SEQ ID NO: 9 (VanH), SEQ ID NO: 10 (VanX); b) a sequence coding for a gene, hybridizing under stringent conditions with a complementary sequence of one of the concatenations identified in a), provided that they can detect strains resistant to antibiotics from the glycopeptide family; c) one of the nucleotide concatenations identified in the following sequence listing: SEQ ID NO: 21 (VanC); SEQ ID NO: 23 (VanR) or SEQ ID NO: 24 (VanS); or d) a fragment of the sequences identified in a) or c), allowing the detection of strains resistant to antibiotics from the glycopeptide family.

Nukleotidsequenz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus a. einer der Nukleotidketten, welche in der nachfolgenden Sequenzliste identifiziert ist: SEQ ID NR 9 (vanti), SEQ ID NR 10 (vanX); b. einer für ein Gen kodierenden Sequenz, welche unter stringenten Bedingungen mit einer komplementären Sequenz einer der unter a. identifizierten Ketten hybridisiert, demzufolge sie das Feststellen von auf die Antibiotika der Familie der Glykopeptide resistenten Stämme erlaubt; c. einer der Nukleotidketten, welche in der nachfolgenden Sequenzliste identifiziert ist: SEQ ID NR 21 (vanC), SEQ ID NR 23 (vanR), oder SEQ ID NR 24 (vanS); oder d. einem Fragment der Sequenzen, welche unter a. oder c. identifiziert sind, welche das Feststellen von gegen die Antibiotika der Familie der Glykopeptide resistenten Stämme erlaubt, besteht.
