This hand yoke had a short circuit in the connecting cable near the hand yoke. We have shorten the Cable and we have it connected with the hand yoke again. The hand yoke is working well now.

After checking of the gear motor was ascertained, that the broken lead was caused by an improper handling. The b-sided motor flange showed clearly damages in the area of the outgoing cable. The residual length corresponds with the distance to the damaged area at the flange. We assume, that the motor was fallen down, thereby the connecting cable was detached. The root cause is not traceable.

Nach Überprüfung des Getriebemotors wurde festgestellt, dass die gebrochene Leitung durch eine unsachgemäße Behandlung verursacht wurde. Die B-Seiten-Motorflansch zeigte deutlich, Schäden im Bereich der abgehenden Kabel. Die verbleibende Länge entspricht dem Abstand auf den beschädigten Bereich auf den Flansch. Wir gehen davon aus, dass der Motor wurde, gefallen so das Verbindungskabel abgetrennt wurde. Die Ursache ist nicht nachvollziehbar.
