Sorry for late answer, but the job requirement profile is quite rather comprehensive. The problem is, that we're looking for expert with skills in so many SAP modules (SD/PP/MM/WM). My own core competency is PP and partial MM and APO. I've discussed with our German colleagues your proposal to make phone interviews. They've all advised against doing phone interviews for evaluating our candidates! It's very important to see, face to face, the reactions of the candidates for avoiding misunderstandings.
