3. about the checking for coupler height: a) your testblocks are wrong assembled. If you check with your actual blocks, of course all couplings are OK, because the oblique top will push them in right position. But the pin of the testblock should have the flat side on top. Please change. b) the old testblocks for checking the coupler after assembly into coupler connector are senseless in my opinion. They just check the height of the plastic of the coupling, but nothing else at all. Even if the metal part of the coupling is distorted to bottom side it can be rated as OK, so what's the sense here? I suggest to scrap those old "fixtures" and design new ones that really ensure functional check.

3. über die Prüfung für den Koppler Höhe: a) Ihre testblocks sind falsch montiert. Wenn Sie sich bei Ihrem tatsächlichen Blöcke, natürlich alle Kupplungen sind OK, weil die schräg oben wird sie in der richtigen Position zu schieben. Aber der Stift des Testblock sollten die flache Seite oben haben. Bitte ändern. b) die alten testblocks zur Überprüfung der Kupplung nach der Montage in Steckvorrichtung Stecker sind sinnlos meiner Meinung nach. Sie überprüfen das Höhe der Kunststoff der Kupplung, aber sonst nichts überhaupt. Auch wenn das Metall Teil der Kupplung nach unten verzerrt ist wird es als OK eingestuft werden kann, so was ist der Sinn hier? Ich schlage vor, diese alten "fixtures" Schrott und entwerfen neue diejenigen, die wirklich sicherzustellen Funktionskontrolle.
