After several decades of development, RPBs have already come into commercial applications successfully in seawater deaeration, HOCl production, nanoparticles syntheses. RPBs are currently under extensive exploration for applications in absorption, stripping, distillation, heat transfer, adsorption, extraction, reaction and crystallization etc. Most of these works are in the lab-scale so far and some of them are in the pilot trial period.
