After disassembling was ascertained, that the glued connection between the output shaft and the pinion was loosened. The analysis of the individual components showed, that the surface of the motor shaft contrary to the glueing instruction was not roughed. Also the glueing surfaces are not sufficiently moistened with glue. There are hardly any residues of glue. The root cause for this failure is an inadvertence, respectively a defective mounting of the worker.

Nach dem Zerlegen wurde festgestellt, dass die Klebeverbindung zwischen der Ausgangswelle und dem Ritzel gelöst wurde. Die Analyse der einzelnen Komponenten zeigte, dass die Oberfläche der Motorwelle entgegen der Verleimung Anweisung nicht aufgeraut wurde. Auch die Verklebung Oberflächen sind nicht ausreichend befeuchtet mit Leim. Es gibt kaum Rückstände von Klebstoff. Die Ursache für dieses Scheitern ist ein Versehen, bzw. eine defekte Befestigung des Arbeiters.
