Dear all, I have a different perception of the meeting result according to Calvin’s input. 1. Every business unit makes sure and is fully responsible to demonstrate excellence in the JDI and the continuous adoption of learnings from it – with the support from the Total Synchro project team (> adopt to SOP) 2. The Total Synchro project team makes a concept proposition as to how an overarching scheme may be developed and integrated to encompass an early warning system in order to avoid disaster projects or a disastrous outcome of projects taking off fine in the beginning (> up for CEO release) 3. The first issue is treated separately and disjunctively from the latter according to CEO input Results of such to be presented at the next Change Day. Please advise if I got it all wrong.  Ich habe eine andere Wahrnehmung des Ergebnisses entsprechend Calvins Eingabe treffen.
 
 1. Jede Geschäftseinheit stellt sicher und ist voll verantwortlich zu Spitzenleistungen in der JDI und der kontinuierliche Annahme Erkenntnisse daraus zeigen – mit Unterstützung der gesamten Synchro Projektteam (> erlassen, SOP)
 (2) Das gesamte Synchro-Projektteam macht einen Konzept-Vorschlag, wie eine übergreifende Regelung kann entwickelt und integriert, um ein Frühwarnsystem zur Vermeidung von Katastrophen-Projekte oder einem katastrophalen Verlauf der Projekte, die aus feinen Anfang umfassen (> für CEO Version)
 (3) Die erste Ausgabe ist separat und disjunctively von letzterem entsprechend CEO Eingabe behandelt.
 
 Die Ergebnisse dieser am nächsten Tag Änderung vorgelegt werden muß. Sagen Sie bitte, ob ich alles falsch verstehen.
