b. Dormant Accounts Accounts are defined as dormant if no login has been registered for period of six months. Customers whose accounts are close to being defined as dormant will be notified by e-mail. Should an account reach a dormant state, it will begin to incur a handling charge amounting to 10% of the account balance per month. Logging in to the account after the start of dormancy payments will reactivate the account, but will not entitle the customer to a refund of fees already levied.

b. Nachrichtenlose Konten Konten werden als ruhend definiert, wenn keine Anmeldung hat für den Zeitraum von sechs Monaten registriert worden. Kunden, deren Konten sind kurz davor, als ruhend definiert wird per E-Mail benachrichtigt werden. Sollte ein Konto zu erreichen einen Ruhezustand, wird sie beginnen, eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 10% des Kontostandes pro Monat anfallen. Einloggen in das Konto nach dem Beginn der Vegetationsruhe Zahlungen das Konto reaktivieren, sondern berechtigt den Kunden nicht zu einer Rückerstattung von Gebühren bereits erhoben.
