An appts. feeds continuous textile fabric in long closely hung loops through treatment chamber as follows: a) two endless chains each move along a closed track in a perpendicular plane inboard from a chamber side wall, with support bars extending between and connected to them by large equal length arms, the bars are in a closely packed row with a stepwise motion moves forward on rails under the chamber roof and, between the bars, the chains form suspended loops; b) in the remainder of the track each chain is driven at constant speed and, starting right from the chain wheel at the rail ends, stretched over it and further chain wheels; c) one end of each arm can rotate freely about a bolt fixed to a chain member and the other end can rotate on a bearing at a support bar end, where also its load is shifted to the rail by a roller which is prevented from touching an adjacent roller by the arm size; and d) a guide device above the rail (14) is placed a distance before the outlet for drawing off fabric. In the fabric take-down area, the row of support rods (9c etc.) stops a distance before the outlet rail-ends by a ridge barrier (24) which can be passed by a forwards jerk, while a stop (26) prevents any leading support bar from rolling off the rails.

Das wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Reihe der Tragstäbe (9d - 9z in Fig. 1) auslaufseitig mit Abstand vom Ende der Schiene (14) im Bereich des Warenabzugs an einer Schwelle (24) endet, die bei einem Vorschubschritt passierbar ist, und daß am Ende der Schiene (14) ein Anschlag (26, 32) angeordnet ist, der einen auf der Schiene (14) in einer Endposition befindlichen Tragstab am Abrollen hindert.
