SQ2953-038-G-5 - motor, 127 pcs samples which have strong grinding, although they would have the bushings at end cap side w/ reduced radial play (but out of mashined production and not out of the intented tooling). Stabilus learned that during the overwork - process at Igarashi has been done a washing out of the bushing, so that the lubrication was gone. These motors are not usable at Stabilus. Therefore the motors were sent to IG Germany for improvement. The last informations show that the improvement - actions at IG Germany aren't completely successfull. Stabilus need URGENT replacement for the worse sounding motors. Igarashi is required to submitt a solution.

SQ2953-038-G-5 - Motor, 127 Stück Proben, die starken Schleifen haben, obwohl sie bei Endkappe Seite die Buchsen müssten w / ermäßigt radialem Spiel (aber aus gefrästem Produktion und nicht aus dem wollten, Werkzeuge). Stabilus gelernt, dass bei der Überarbeitung - Prozess bei Igarashi getan wurde, ein Auswaschen der Buchse, so dass die Schmierung weg war. Diese Motoren sind nicht verwendbar bei Stabilus. Deshalb wurden die Motoren an die IG Deutschland für Verbesserungen gesendet. Die letzten Informationen zeigen, dass die Verbesserung - Aktionen bei der IG Deutschland nicht völlig erfolgreich.
