The new Article 14 prim of the Law introduced by the Amending Law recognises the ECB's exclusive right to authorise the issue of euro banknotes within the Community.

Im durch das Änderungsgesetz eingeführten neuen Artikel 14 prim des Gesetzes über die Eesti Pank ist das ausschließliche Recht der EZB zur Genehmigung der Ausgabe von Euro-Banknoten innerhalb der Gemeinschaft berücksichtigt.

I can understand this demand from the point of view of the groups I have mentioned, but I think that ultimately, exceptions to the exclusive right of copyright can only be justified by a higher social interest, which should then be substantiated as accurately as possible.

Ich halte diese Forderung aus Sicht der genannten Gruppen für nachvollziehbar, denke jedoch, daß Ausnahmen vom ausschließlichen Urheberrecht letztlich nur durch ein übergeordnetes gesellschaftliches Interesse gerechtfertigt werden können, welches dann wiederum möglichst genau zu begründen ist.
