However, we haven’t received the final admission papers so far. Would you please kindly help to advise when we could get the final papers?

Wir sind die Aussteller Allmed Medical Products Co., Ltd, Ref. Nr. 2305613. Wir haben den Messestand auf der Website WWW.MEDIA.DE beantragt und erhalten Empfangsbestätigung als Anlagen. Wir haben jedoch nicht die endgültige Zulassung Papiere erhielten bisher. Wären Sie bitte so helfen, zu beraten, wenn wir die endgültigen Papiere bekommen konnte?

The structural stability and safe use of the stand is also the responsibility of the Exhibitor and Contractor. All material used for construction must be fit for purpose and significant hazards eliminated (such as trips, slips and falls). Appropriate fixings must be used when constructing the stand including lights, plasma screens etc.

Die strukturelle Stabilität und sichere Nutzung des Standes obliegt auch der Aussteller und Auftragnehmer. Alle für den Bau verwendete Material muss für Zweck und erhebliche Gefahren beseitigt (z. B. Ausflüge, Belege und Fälle) passen. Geeignete Befestigungen müssen verwendet werden, beim Bau der Stand einschließlich leuchtet, Plasma-Bildschirme etc..

It is a condition that all companies, contractors and individuals involved with the exhibition in any way must adhere to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 at all times. Please read the Health & Safety information contained within the Exhibitor Manual and make sure your staff are aware of all safety issues. All electrical equipment used for construction (drills etc) and part of the stand (pre-fabricated lights etc) must be PAT tested prior to the event.
