This Agreement shall expire automatically upon expiry of the Term.

Costs related to the acquisition of assets under lease, other than land and buildings, shall only be taken into consideration if the lease takes the form of financial leasing and contains an obligation to purchase the asset at the expiry of the term of the lease.

(6) Kosten für Leasing von anderen Aktiva als Grundstücken oder Gebäuden können nur berücksichtigt werden, wenn der Leasingvertrag die Form eines Finanzierungsleasings hat und die Verpflichtung enthält, zum Laufzeitende das betreffende Ausrüstungsgut zu erwerben.
