Dear Sirs, Referring to the visit of Mr. Krzysztofik and the quantity forecast of Mr. Kropinski as attached, we would like to state the following concerning the capacity issue (point 3):  It is correct, that we currently have no sufficient capacity on standard 2 shift production basis  Beginning of 2012, we informed Faurecia, that we will have problems with capacity on basis of forecasted needs for 2012 and existing production facilities. At the same time, we offered capacity increase with investment costs of 15K€. Faurecia did not place an order for this.  We fortunately could cover the needs by 3rd shifts from time to time in 2012. For 2013, however, we will have to find another solution to ensure further punctual deliveries without extra shift costs, as already explained by attached email dated September 17, 2012

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, unter Bezugnahme auf den Besuch von Herrn Krzysztofik und die Menge Prognose von Mr. Kropinski als angehängte, möchten wir folgendes über die Kapazität Ausgabe (Punkt 3) angeben:  Es ist richtig, dass wir derzeit keine ausreichende Kapazität auf Standard-2-Schicht-Basis  Anfang 2012 informierten wir Faurecia, dass wir Probleme mit der Kapazität auf Basis der prognostizierten Bedarf für 2012 und bestehenden Produktionsanlagen haben wird. Gleichzeitig boten wir Kapazitätssteigerung mit Investitionskosten von 15K €. Faurecia nicht eine Bestellung für diese.  Wir glücklicherweise konnten die Bedürfnisse von 3rd Verschiebungen von Zeit zu Zeit im Jahr 2012 zu decken. Für 2013 werden wir jedoch eine andere Lösung, um weitere pünktliche Lieferungen ohne zusätzliche Verschiebung Kosten sicherzustellen finden, wie bereits von angehängten E-Mail vom 17. September 2012 erklärte
