finger board

This is a nicely made violin with especially beautiful outlines and scroll with a facsimile Vuillaume label. It comes in an old GSB coffin case with a quilted blanket. It is fully blocked and lined and there are two repaired saddle crack on the bass side top, but no other damage or repair. The finger board is worn, with grooves, and the loose sound-post and pegs are present. The plain figured back looks as if the varnish was messed with as it has a blotchy stain beneath and the incised inscription below the button, (In God We Trust) has stain inside the lines. The oil-varnish surface is otherwise smooth, thin, and attractive.

Dies ist ein schön gemacht Violine mit besonders schönen Konturen und blättern Sie mit einem Faksimile Vuillaume Etikett. Es kommt in einem alten GSB Sarg Fall mit einer gesteppten Decke. Es ist voll gesperrt und gesäumt und es gibt zwei reparierte Sattel Riss auf der Bass-Seite oben, aber keine anderen Schäden oder Reparatur. Das Griffbrett getragen wird, mit Rillen, und die losen Ton-post und Heringe vorhanden sind. Die schlichte dachte zurück schaut, als ob der Lack mit so hat es eine fleckig Fleck unterhalb und die eingeritzten Inschrift unter der Schaltfläche (In God We Trust) hat Fleck innerhalb der Linien durcheinander war. Die Öl-Lackoberfläche ist ansonsten glatt, dünn und attraktiv.
