If cables need to be installed through openings or over side-beams of cable ladders/trays, then proper protection rings and/or protection profile should be used to avoid damaging of the cables. The Contractor will foresee in the mechanical protection of all cables and conduits up to a height of one (1) meter above the walking floor (not in cable cellars). Where mechanical damaging of the cables and conduits is likely to occur, installation of cables and cable ways should be avoided. If not possible other ways, the Contractor will foresee the adequate mechanical protections. Cable ways (ladders, trays…) need to be interrupted at all fire resistant and/or gas tight wall and floor penetrations. This is to allow for proper sealing of the penetration. Special attention shall then be paid to the continuity of the equipotential bonding of the cable ways.

Wenn Kabel durch Öffnungen oder über Seiten-Strahlen von Kabelleitern / Trays, dann angemessenen Schutz Ringe und / oder Schutz-Profil installiert werden müssen, sollten verwendet werden, um Beschädigungen der Kabel werden. Der Auftragnehmer wird in der mechanischen Schutz aller Kabel und Leitungen bis zu einer Höhe von einem (1) Meter über dem Schubboden (nicht im Keller Kabel) vorauszusehen. Wo mechanische Beschädigung der Kabel und Leitungen zu rechnen ist, sollte die Installation von Kabeln und-Wege vermieden werden. Falls dies nicht möglich andere Wege, wird der Auftragnehmer absehen, die eine ausreichende mechanische Schutzvorrichtungen. Kabel-Wege (Leitern, Schalen ...) müssen auf allen feuerfesten und / oder gasdichten Wand und Boden Durchdringungen unterbrochen werden. Dies ist für eine gute Abdichtung des Eindringens zu ermöglichen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt dann für die Durchgängigkeit des Potentialausgleichs der Seilbahnen bezahlt werden.

During planning and installation of the cable ladders/trays, all EMC-directives will be followed by the Contractor. The Contractor will foresee the earthing and equipotential bonding of all installed cable ways (ladders, trays,…). The equipotential continuity of the cable ladders/trays is to be guaranteed by making use of the proper couplings (junction plates type 21…) and/or Nude Nickel plated copper wire 95mm². If an interruption in the cable ladders/trays imposes itself (Ex. At fire resistant wall and floor penetrations) then the equipotential continuity will be guarantied by an electric mass connection between the two cable ladder/tray sections.

Bei der Planung und Installation der Kabelleitern / Trays, werden alle EMV-Richtlinien durch den Auftragnehmer zu beachten. Der Auftragnehmer wird sehen die Erdung und Potentialausgleich aller installierten Seilbahnen (Leitern, Tabletts, ...). Der Potentialausgleich Kontinuität der Kabelleitern / Trays ist es, durch Nutzung der richtigen Kupplungen (Knotenbleche Typ 21 ...) und / oder Nude vernickelt Kupferdraht 95mm ² garantiert werden. Wenn eine Unterbrechung in den Kabelleitern / Trays drängt sich (Ex. Bei feuerbeständigen Wand und Boden Durchdringungen), dann die Potentialausgleichsschiene Kontinuität wird durch eine elektrische Masse Verbindung zwischen den beiden Kabelleiter / Regalfachabschnitte garantiert werden.
