As from 12 August 2012, Contracting Parties applying this Regulation may refuse first national or regional registration (first entry into service) of a vehicle which does not meet the requirements of the 03 series of amendments to this Regulation.

August 2012 können die Vertragsparteien, die diese Regelung anwenden, die nationale oder regionale Erstzulassung (erste Inbetriebsetzung) eines Fahrzeugs versagen, das den Vorschriften der Änderungsserie 03 zu dieser Regelung nicht entspricht.

[2] Holders of diplomatic and/or service passports who are accredited as members of the diplomatic or consular staff in the territory of Bulgaria shall be subject to visa requirements for their first entry, but shall be exempt from these requirements during the remainder of their assignment.

[2] Inhaber von Diplomaten- und/oder Dienstpässen, die als Mitglieder des diplomatischen oder konsularischen Personals in Bulgarien akkreditiert sind, unterliegen der Visumpflicht bei der ersten Einreise, sind jedoch für den Rest ihrer Dienstzeit von dieser Pflicht befreit.

I had look into the [visa-LOG from last thursday|] with TC1114 - visa-LOG shows any command, which is send from the test software to Chroma. The communication from TC1114 to Chroma started at "11:59:45.851". You can see, that the test software never got back any answer from Chroma #1 - "read()". And there is an "error code 56" - this simply means, that the test software can not communicate with Chroma. But the Chroma already locked up a bit earlier at "11:57:22.159", in fact during a communication process with TC1113. In this time is the first entry with "error code 56". So, TC 1114 never had the chance to communicate with Chroma #1. In the end, in this LOG-Files you can not find out why this Chroma was locked up. I think it is just happened and could be a coincidence.

Die Mitteilung des TC1114 an Chroma begann im "11:59:45.851". Sie können sehen, dass die Test-Software nie irgendeine Antwort von Chroma # 1 - "read()" zurückkam. Und es ist ein "Fehlercode 56" - einfach bedeutet, die die Test-Software nicht mit Chroma kommunizieren kann.
