Dear Olaf, Thank you for your answer. I have just one more request : could you provide me the correspondence between the numbers and the status of the chip ? (for example : 001 = good,…) Concerning this wafer, our subcontractor won’t use it to make commercial products but to test their process of flip chip. That’s why we sent them an old one.

Lieber Olaf, vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort. Ich habe nur eine Bitte: Könnten Sie mir die Korrespondenz zwischen den Zahlen und den Status der Chip? (Zum Beispiel: 001 = gut, ...) Bezüglich dieser Wafer werden unsere Zulieferer nicht verwenden, um kommerzielle Produkte zu machen, sondern den Prozess ihrer Flip-Chip testen. Das ist, warum wir sie ein altes gesendet.
