( 2 ) following a restructuring of the Mauritius administration , the competent authority for health certificates for fishery products ( OVS ) has changed to the Divison of Veterinary Services ( DVS ) of the Ministry of Agriculture , Food Technology and Natural Resources . This new authority is capable of effectively verifying the application of the laws in force . It is , therefore , necessary to modify the nomination of the competent authority in Decision 1999 / 276 / EC and the model of the health certificate included in Annex A to this Decision ;

( 2 ) Nach einer Umstrukturierung in der Verwaltung von Mauritius ist dort fuer die Ausstellung der Genusstauglichkeitsbescheinigungen fuer Fischereierzeugnisse statt der OVS jetzt die _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Division of Veterinary Services ( DVS ) _DOUBLEQUOTE_ des Ministeriums fuer Landwirtschaft , Nahrungsmitteltechnologie und natuerliche Ressourcen zustaendig . Die neue Behoerde ist in der Lage , die Anwendung der geltenden Rechtsvorschriften wirksam zu ueberpruefen . Daher muss die Bezeichnung der zustaendigen Behoerde in der Entscheidung 1999 / 276 / EG der Kommission und in dem Muster fuer die Genusstauglichkeitsbescheinigung in deren Anhang A geaendert werden .

The production of food and agricultural products is one of the most important sectors of the Brazilian economy and contributes with over 18% to the Gross Domestic Product of the country. Sustainable increase in the competitiveness of the Brazilian food and agricultural production can be achieved by innovations in process technologies and the development of new products with higher value. For this purpose the Institute of Food Technology (ITAL) and the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging (IVV) are installing a Fraunhofer Project Center for Innovations in Food and Bioresources in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.

Die Produktion von Lebensmitteln und landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen ist einer der wichtigsten Sektoren der brasilianischen Wirtschaft und trägt mit über 18% zum Bruttoinlandsprodukt des Landes. Nachhaltige Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der brasilianischen Lebensmittel und landwirtschaftliche Produktion durch Innovationen in der Prozesstechnik und der Entwicklung von neuen Produkten werden mit dem höheren Wert erreicht.
