(88) Neben der Verpflichtung, öffentlich-rechtliche Programme mit einem bestimmten Inhalt über Rundfunk und Fernsehen auszustrahlen, schließt die Definition des öffentlichen Auftrags von TV2 auch die Verpflichtung ein, über das Internet u. Ä. auch andere Dienste wie die Übermittlung von Nachrichten, allgemeine Information, Bildung, Kunst und Unterhaltung zu erbringen.
