The structure consist of a beam where a friction beam is screwed onto. Based on the model description from Lauß [02_Thom] in MATLAB/Simulink an optimal screw force is searched using a solution strategy of the inverve dynamics, so that a vibration decay as soon as possible. As solution strategy the Kelley-Bryson-Method is used in this paper, where it is not necessary to solve a two-point boundary value problem because it is tranferred into a one-point boundary value problem. This method provides a global minimum of the error function, even if there are no prior information about the control variable.
