Set within it's 4000 sq. meter olive grove, Villa Cascada is a charming Moorish-style Country Villa of 150 sq. meters, with panoramic views of Frigiliana, the Sierra Almijara, and the Frigiliana valley to the sea at Nerja. Surrounded by mature gardens including a 300 year old Holm Oak, palm, cypress and citrus trees, bouganvilla and jasmine.

North Grove Trail: This gentle 1.7 mile loop will take you through the historic grove of Giant Sequoias discovered in 1852. The Big Stump, Mother and Father of the Forest, and the Pioneer Cabin Tree (at one time a “drive–through” tree) are all located along this trail, as well as about 100 very large Giant Sequoias. The trail begins and ends at the far end of the North Grove parking lot. This trail is “stroller–friendly” when dry. Allow 1–2 hours.

North Grove Trail: Diese sanfte 1.7 Meile Schleife führt Sie durch den historischen Hain von Giant Sequoias nehmen entdeckte im Jahre 1852. The Big Stump, Mutter und Vater des Waldes und der Pioneer Cabin Tree (auf einmal ein "drive-through"-Baum) werden alle entlang dieses Weges, sowie etwa 100 sehr großen Giant Sequoias entfernt. Der Weg beginnt und endet am anderen Ende des Nord Grove Parkplatz. Dieser Weg ist "Kinderwagen-freundlich", wenn sie trocken. Erlauben Sie 1-2 Stunden.

-Jeder Erzeuger kennt seinen Olivenhain und kann aufgrund seiner Erfahrung einschätzen, ob der Ertrag seiner Parzellen (geografische Lage, Alter des Baumbestands, mögliche Reifezeit usw.) oder einzelner Bäume eines Hains (Größe des Baums, Menge und Größe der Oliven, Gleichzeitigkeit der Reife usw.) eher für die Ölproduktion oder für die Konservierung geeignet ist.

Grove Overlook Trail: This trail begins a short distance beyond the Big Stump, branching off of the North Grove Trail just past the #2 marker. It climbs the ridge above the grove and parallels the North Grove Trail for about ½ mile to provide views of the upper parts of the Big Trees. It rejoins the North Grove Trail near the Father of the Forest and trail marker #13. From there you can walk either right or left on the North Grove Trail to return to the trailhead. Allow 1–2 hours.

Grove Overlook Trail: Dieser Weg beginnt eine kurze Strecke jenseits des Big Stump, abzweigend von der North Grove Trail direkt hinter der Nr. 2 Marker. Es steigt auf den Grat über dem Hain und Parallelen der North Grove Trail für ca. ½ Meile zum Ausblick auf den oberen Teilen der großen Bäume bieten. Es wird wieder in den Norden Grove Trail in der Nähe der Vater des Waldes und Wegmarkierung Nr. 13. Von dort aus können Sie zu Fuß entweder rechts oder links auf der North Grove Trail bis zum Ausgangspunkt der Wanderung zurück. Erlauben Sie 1-2 Stunden.
