For the purpose of providing improved ADCP data while underway, I installed a 4-antenna GPS array on the Aranda to measure heading, pitch and roll. The restdt- ing correction to the ship's gyrocompass was similar in character and magnitude to that seen on other ships (see Figure 3.2). Water-track and bottom-track caUbration methods gave consistent estimates for the constant mounting angle correction (only -2.5 milliradians, since the technical staff on the Aranda had apparently fdready en- tered a previously-determined caUbration value into the Transect data acquisition program).

The fighter bomber version "Sturmvogel" Me 262 a-2a (it includes a Kettenkraftrad, armament and two figures),the Me-262A-1a or A-1b as the fighter version and for the geeks an A-1a clear edition. Sadly the internal parts such as the fuselage tank and the gyrocompass are only contained in the clear edition. It is these parts that are not available from accessories manufacturers. Otherwise I know of no other model where so many accessories, decals and conversion kits are available.

Den Schnellbomber "Sturmvogel" Messerschmitt Me 262 A-2a (Kettenkraftrad beim Bausatz dabei, inklusive Anhängevorrichtung und zwei Figuren), die Messerschmitt Me262 A-1a oder A-1b Jagdmaschine und für die Freaks die A-1a als Clear Edition. Leider sind die Teile vom Innenleben der 262, wie Rumpftank und Kreiselkompass, nur in der Clear Edition enthalten und genau diese Teile gibt es bei keinem Zubehörhersteller. Ansonsten kenne ich kaum ein Modell wo es sonst noch so viele Zubehörteile, Decalbögen und Umbausätze gibt wie dieses. Schwachstelle bei TAMIYA sind die Gurten.
