For component orders please proceed as follows: • First discuss it with the respective R&D scientist, technical service scientist or product manager. • If he/she approves of selling a component send the order to the COD (custom order department) • If this is being done by a non-administrative person then it is absolutely necessary to inform the Admin. • Admin will be notified when the order is shipped to the hub and we can then place our order as usual through Navision. • Admin will inform the ordering person accordingly
