However, this is a large and exciting market for such utility products.

2.8 The Agent shall monitor the day-to-day market for the Products in the Area with special regards to competition and customer demands, as well as possible violation of Trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned by the Principal or by any of its Affiliates. The Agent shall inform the Principal of his/her findings in writing by the end of each quarter and immediately if he/she finds any violations of Trademarks or intellectual property rights. 2.9 The Agent will inform the Principal of all the relevant trade information, changes in the market, as well as the financial state of the clients and potential clients. 2.10 The Agent needs to be present at the fairs for the time of all exhibition days, for the benefit of the (potential) clients of the Area. Participation in an internal or external fair, attendance during the fair briefing is obliged. Date and time of the briefing, will be announced in due course.

2.8 Der Agent wird die Tag-zu-Tag-Markt für die Produkte in dem Gebiet mit besonderen Bezug auf Wettbewerb und Kundenanforderungen sowie mögliche Verletzung von Marken oder andere Rechte an geistigem Eigentum durch den Auftraggeber oder von einem seiner verbundenen Unternehmen gehören zu überwachen. Der Agent wird den Auftraggeber seiner / ihrer Erkenntnisse in schriftlicher Form bis zum Ende eines jeden Quartals zu informieren und sofort, wenn er / sie findet keine Verstöße gegen Marken oder Rechte an geistigem Eigentum. 2,9 Der Agent informiert den Auftraggeber über alle relevanten Fachinformationen, Veränderungen im Markt, als auch die finanzielle Lage der Kunden und potenziellen Kunden. 2,10 Der Agent muss auf den Messen für die Zeit der allen Messetagen präsent, zum Nutzen der (potentiellen) Kunden der Area. Die Teilnahme an einer internen oder externen fair, die Teilnahme während der Messe Briefing verpflichtet ist. Datum und Uhrzeit des Briefings, wird zu gegebener Zeit bekannt gegeben.
