During the evaluation of the 2 shafts, we found that the tolerances were far too tight with the brass guide bushings. This was odd as the measured tolerance between the bushing and the shaft, were a sufficient 0.25mm. There could be only one explanation, and that was that the mounted bushings were out of alignment. In an effort to correct the situation, a 3 stone honing tool was used to add an extra 0.05mm to the clearance in alignment with both top and bottom. The system was reassembled and tested, but still the hydraulic was unable to lift the frame. This left us scratching our heads to find a solution.

Während der Auswertung der 2 Wellen, fanden wir, dass die Toleranzen viel zu eng mit den Messing Führungsbuchsen waren. Das war seltsam, wie die gemessene Toleranz zwischen der Hülse und der Welle, waren eine ausreichende 0,25 mm. Es konnte nur eine Erklärung sein, und das war, dass die Buchsen montiert waren aus der Ausrichtung. In dem Bemühen, die Situation zu korrigieren, wurde ein 3-Stein Honwerkzeug verwendet werden, um einen zusätzlichen 0,05 mm bis das Spiel in Ausrichtung hinzuzufügen sowohl mit oben und unten. Das System wurde wieder zusammengebaut und getestet, aber immer noch der hydraulische konnte, um den Rahmen zu heben. Dies hat uns den Kopf schütteln, um eine Lösung zu finden.
