A method of producing a hybridoma cell line which produces an anti Derf II monoclonal antibody selectively binding to Derf II alone and not binding to Derp I, Derp II and Derf I, the hybridoma cell line being produced by: (a) producing antibody-producing cells by immunising a mouse with an antigen to II; (b) (c) culturing the hybridoma produced in step (b) (iii).

Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Hybridom-Zell-Linie, die einen monoklonalen Anti-Derf II-Antikörper produziert, der ausschließlich an Derf II anbindet und an Derp I, Derp II und Derf I nicht bindet, wobei die Hybridom-Zell-Linie hergestellt wird durch: (a) Herstellung von Antikörper -herstellenden Zellen durch Immunisierung einer Maus mit einem Antigen zu Derf II, (b) (c) Kultivieren der in Schritt (b) (iii) hergestellten Hybridome.
