UPS will not be IOR on Lacey Act shipments, so the importer must obtain a single entry bond to become the IOR. This charge is based on the value of the shipment. $4.00 per $1000.00 or minimum of $40.00. This charge would occur with each individual Lacey Act entry unless we had a continuous bond of file for the importer. There is also 21.25 usd fee to submit the Lacey Act paperwork to Customs. That would be charged on every individual Lacey Act entry as well.
