Thus, the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration of Romania (Agentia Nationala de Cadastru si Publicitate Imobiliara) was set up as an authority subordinate to the Ministry of Administration and Interior; in the process, the land registries at the local courts and the National Office of Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography were reorganized.

Dadurch wurde die Nationalagentur des Katasters und der Immobiliarpublizität („Agentia Nationala de Cadastru si Publicitate Imobiliara“) als eine dem Ministerium für Öffentliche Verwaltung und Inneres untergeordnete Behörde gegründet. Damit wurden die bisher bei den örtlichen Amtsgerichten bestehenden Grundbuchämter und das Nationalamt für Katasterwesen, Geodäsie und Kartographie umorganisiert.
