The 2004 is marked by the exceptional ripeness of the vintage. Powerful aromas of black fruits are echoed on the palate. Medium-to full-bodied, it has silky but noticeable tannins and a long finish.

Pale crystalline yellow color. An exuberant nose dominated by elder flower and cut grass. Fresh citric notes with asparagus and hints of passion fruit. Palate is fresh, rich and full of flavor, with a long finish and just the right acidity. Wonderful with asparagus, artichoke and vegetable sauces, Italian cuisine with garlic and creamy sauces, delicate salads, Thai cuisine and sushi. Best to serve at 10ºC - 12ºC
