Good morning Uwe and Benjamin, I just got off the phone with Mango, and they clarified this check management issue. It seems that what they call checks, are actually a type of prepaid coupon with a predetermined value (such as the restaurant certificates.) What Mango is asking from us is to: 1. Pick up these prepaid coupons; 2. Document the bar codes; 3. Fill in a form; 4. And then send these coupons to the company that manufactures them so that this company can pay Mango the value of these coupons. Is this possible?

Amival is now trying to set up and fill the 55 displays - material 4000827 - with all sorts of problems as you are aware of. They clearly state that the display is not stable. As you can see in the pictures attached, the major problem is the top tray. This is only attached to the rest of the display with two small particles. If they start filling this tray, it's already unstable. In this way, they don't hold any responsibility that the displays are transport worthy. Their remark is also that if customers take bottles off the top tray on one side, the display will probably fall over because of bad weight distribution. Please try and understand this a product management issue which is your responsibility, it's your decision what needs to happen next. We are not going to hold Amival accountable afterwards when things go wrong with stability.

My message would be that we cannot leave this issue to the CIO - it’s a general management issue!
